Limitation
of Liability
The information in this reservation form may contain inaccuracies, including price errors. In particular, OnTrack and the hotel brands represented in the form do not guarantee and disclaim all liability for any errors while filling out the form. In addition, OnTrack expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such an event, you will be offered the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the corrected price or, at your option; you can cancel your reservation within the terms of your hotel’s cancellation policy. All amenity (i.e. parking, internet access, breakfast etc.) costs are subject to change without notice. All tax fees are subject to change by local and state governments.
Amenities
Please note that we do have a flexible reservation program, you actually can amend your total number of rooms, check-in & check-out dates, guest name list even the hotel itself for free without any additional fees; 14 days prior to the earliest check-in date. All changes have to be sent by email in order to guarantee the accuracy of the data
Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check in the amount equaling a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Forms received without a valid guarantee/deposit will not be processed. The remaining amount will be collected 14 days prior to the check-in date after confirming the final changes made to your reservation, the same way it was collected
Cancellation
In case of cancellation inside the free cancellation period, a refund will be within 14 banking days from the cancellation date. In case of cancellation, charges apply as per the booking’s cancellation policy. In case of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, rooms canceled will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee for each room canceled charged by OnTrack. Non-refundable bookings will be charged at full cost.
Credit Card Security
You acknowledge that OnTrack is responsible for the security of sensitive financial date (credit card information) from the time it is provided to OnTrack until the time OnTrack releases it to the hotel. Even the admin can only view the last 4-digits to verify. All OnTrack systems are compliant with the strict guidelines outlined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Any questions regarding credit card security by the hotel should be addressed with the hotel directly.
